This handsome boy is Charlie, and he’s hoping someone will look past his little “love handles” and see what a special dog he really is!

Charlie is a big, beautiful boy with the sweetest eyes, the happiest smile, and a heart that deserves a family of his own. He may be carrying a few extra pounds, but honestly… that just means there’s a little more Charlie to love!

One of Charlie’s best qualities is how smart and communicative he is. He is completely house-trained and knows how to let you know when he needs to go outside. He’ll also make sure you know when he’s hungry or thirsty — this boy definitely knows how to speak his mind!

And yes… Charlie really loves his treats! Maybe a little too much! As you can see, he’s carrying some extra weight, so you will need to limit treats and replace them with healthy snacks, walks, playtime, and lots of love.

Charlie may not be the most active dog, but he makes up for what he lacks in athleticism with loyalty, cuddles, intelligence, and personality.
