Meet Moxie – An Adorable Companion

Moxie is a spirited pup who thrives in a home where she can soak up the sun, enjoy zoomies on the grass, and embark on exciting leash walks and runs. She adores car rides, soft beds, toys, and, of course, belly rubs! Moxie thrives on leadership and consistency from her human, which helps her feel secure and loved.

Moxie prefers to be the only four-legged companion in the home. She tends to form strong attachments to her chosen person and can be over-protective if she feels there’s no clear leader in the household. Therefore, we recommend a home with adults who can provide the guidance and common-sense techniques needed to help Moxie feel balanced and confident.

While Moxie doesn’t want to lead the pack, she will step up if there’s no apparent leader, which can lead to anxiety and unwanted behaviors. With the right support, she’ll blossom into a loving and devoted companion.

Interested in Meeting Moxie?
All. our dogs are in loving foster homes. PACA hosts an adoption clinic on the 1st Saturday of each month from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 6300 San Mateo (next to Academy Rd) in the Sprouts Market parking lot, weather permitting.

We can also arrange a private meet-and-greet with an approved application.

The $250 adoption fee covers spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, and heartworm/tick-borne illness testing.
